Ian English, Managing Director
Ian English has over 25 years experience in IT, management, sales and marketing – including over 14 years in the ticketing industry.
Dissatisfied with where ticketing technology was heading, Ian started looking for cutting-edge solutions that made ticketing easy to manage. Most of all, he looked for technology that delivered what it promised.
Ian then filtered this technology through some of the top minds in the ticketing industry in Australia. As a result – TicketServ was formed in 2009.
Peter Black, Support Supervisor
Peter has both a venue and ticketing industry background having spent 19 years working in Great Britain and Australia.
With experience in both the Box Office and the Marketing side of operations, as well as in software support and training, Peter is in a good position to understand and assist the TicketServ client base in enabling their systems, use and progress to market, as well as forming and leading an efficient and effective support team.
Liz Tomkinson
Liz has joined TicketServ bringing with her extensive experience in arts marketing, box office management, systems administration and front of house operations as well as exceptional customer service delivery and training. Her focus is enabling clients to provide effective customer service through user-friendly systems.
Liz is a qualified Arts Administrator with over 8 years experience in a variety of arts venues including theatres, galleries and museums.
Liz will assist our team to deliver support and services to the wider marketplace and is positioned well to further develop TicketServ’s offerings.
