What information does TicketServ collect and how is it collected?
In order for TicketServ to provide customers with a comprehensive sales and support service TicketServ needs to collect some personal information
about you and/or your business, including your business name, your name, your business address and telephone number.
Collection may occur at the time we initially contact you, when become a customer or when you register to receive further information on the
TicketServ website.
This information is collected in case there is a need to contact you for follow up, for marketing purposes and for sales and/or support needs where
you are a customer.
Unless you tell us otherwise, personal information about you may be used from time to time for marketing and research purposes. If you would prefer

In order to respond to your online enquiry, TicketServ requires you to note the news and updates check box on the enquiry page. TicketServ where we
will collect personal information about you, including your name, address, telephone number and email. Unless you tell us otherwise, personal information
about you may be used from time to time for marketing and research purposes. If you would prefer that we do not use your information for marketing

(iii) Collection
When individuals browse
www.ticketserv.com we do not collect their personal information.
When an individual looks at our website, our internet service provider makes a record of the individual’s visit and logs the following information
for statistical purposes:
- the individuals server address
- the individuals top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au etc)
- the pages the individuals has accessed and documents downloaded
- the previous website visited and
- the type of browser being used
We do not identify users or their browsing activities.
(iv) Cookies
Our website uses a cookie session to store the order contents until you are ready to purchase, at which time the cookie is destroyed. Currently the
booking process will not function unless you allow that cookie through your Options setting of your Internet browser.
The website statistics for the site are generated from server logs as outlined above.
When an individual closes their browser the session cookie set by our website is destroyed and no personal information is maintained which might
identify and individual should they visit our website at a later date.
(v) Links to Third Party Websites
For you convenience and information TicketServ may provide links to Third Party websites. TicketServ is not responsible for the privacy practices of
that web site. We suggest that you review the privacy policies of each site you visit.
Accuracy of Personal Information Collected
TicketServ takes steps to ensure that the personal information we collect is accurate, up to date and complete. These steps include maintaining and
updating personal information when we are advised by individuals that their personal information has changed, and at other times as necessary
(refer to access & correction guidelines).
Personal Information Security
TicketServ protects the personal information it collects in a secure proprietary format database, which can only be read using proprietary tools.
Data collected online is stored in a Microsoft SQL database, a protected, secure data centre that is unreachable by the Internet.
Whenever employees handle your personal information, we limit access to customer information to those who need it to do their jobs and meet our customer
servicing commitment to you. TicketServ employees are all required, as a condition of their employment, to treat personal information held by TicketServ
as confidential, and to maintain the confidentiality of that personal information.
Access and Correction
Under the Privacy Act, you have a right to seek access to any information which TicketServ holds about you. You also have the right to ask us to change
or correct information about you, which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
Full access and correction rights are now extended to non-website customers of TicketServ. To provide you with access to personal information about you,
TicketServ would usually provide you with a printout of the relevant personal information from our databases.
